This is our first venue for No18 in North America and is situated across two floors in the midst of The Shops at Buckhead, Atlanta’s premier fashion district. The finished venue features a range of eclectic lounges, offices and meeting spaces along with a lavish bar by the balconies overlooking the square - a destination during both day and night.

The Venue Manager is responsible for running the daily business of our venue and plays a large role in bringing about the wonderful atmosphere that is No18. Our operation consists of memberships, offices, meeting rooms and events, and together with your team you will get the opportunity to create and maintain an exclusive, inspiring, friendly and rewarding working environment for all our members and their clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: General Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality of the daily operational execution and highest levels of venue standards.

  • Demonstrate ownership of the centre to ensure the centre is ‘show ready’ at all times

• Ensure continual upkeep and standards of business centre to include offices, meeting rooms

and communal areas

  • Preparing offices for move-in/ move-outs as well as carrying out final inspections

  • Ensuring that new customers settle in happily

  • Build on the story of No18 community to achieve tenant/member retention by collecting

    success stories, organizing events and meetings, by approaching all users, networking and

    linking people, showing interest and by knowing our users’ business

  • Optimize the service level at our venue for meeting rooms and reception services and

maintain the No18 look & feel

  • Monitor the meeting room agenda and act as a host for our lounges and events;

  • Update and implement operational work processes and procedures

  • Authorizing invoices for purchases made

  • Managing suppliers

  • Work closely with venue associate and needed suppliers.

  • Responsible for office delivery supported by venue associate and needed suppliers.

  • Provide back up at the reception on a daily basis during breaks, sickness etc.

  • Dealing with customer requests/issues

  • Assist Area Manager with office sales tours as needed.

Event Responsibilities

  • Organize events

  • Give tours and provide information.

  • Reactive event sales (discrete)

• Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales inquiries in a timely manner and record in the relevant CRM system.

Rental Responsibilities

  • Give tours and provide information.

  • Reactive members sales (discrete)

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in the hospitality or events industry with a link to media, fashion, arts, design or similar

  • You love customers and are passionate about service

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You have good working proficiency of MS Office

  • You have a genuine attention to details and care a lot about standards

  • You have an outgoing, sociable personality and you take good care of your appearance.

  • You are customer focused, hospitable and an enthusiastic team player

  • Accurate, efficient and proactive character with an anything-is-possible attitude

  • A social, passionate personality with a hands-on mentality

  • A desire for continuous improvement

  • Preferably living in Atlanta
