Looking to be a vendor for the fall Members Mart? Well, you’re in the right spot. Check out the details below and then apply! All applications need to be submitted by October 20. Approvals will be rolling. You will have 48 hours to pay your invoice before your spot can be given to another vendor.

 
 
 

Booth Details

We will share a layout map with you two weeks out from the event so you know where you’ll be. Show up at our load in/set up time and we’ll have your booth blocked off with tape with your name hanging on the wall behind you.

Feel free to make your space entirely your own! On the application, you’ll have the option to express if you need a wall, outlet, etc. We’ll do our best to accommodate all requests.

$75 - food stall
$185 - 7” x 7” booth
$245 - fashion or photo bus
Custom quote for larger
installs or sponsorships.

*Food stalls must serve food to the shoppers in order to qualify for the discounted rate.

 
 
 

Promotion

Our goal is to promote each and every one of our vendors on the Girl Gang Instagram feed prior to the end, but we cannot guarantee this.

For this reason, we’ve added add-on options to the Vendor Application this year. You can now add-on feed advertisement or story promotion.

 

On site perks

This year, we’ll be interviewing our vendors on video throughout the day. This content will be used on our social platforms and website.

Shoppers will also receive a map, if they mark off every vendor on the map, they’ll receive a special prize on their way out!

What kind of businesses can apply to pop-up?

A

You must be selling something at the Members Mart. We love all local independent business owners. On the application you’ll choose between the following categories: local or online boutique, artist, jewelry, food, homeware, beauty, florist, photo op or workshop.

Do you limit the number of business per industry?

A

We pay close attention to who is applying and who we accept. Our main goal is to ensure you have a successful day and we’ll do everything in our power to make sure your business shines on the day of the Mart. With that said, we will make sure to have a wide variety of businesses at the Mart.

What demographic comes to the Mart?

A

We see women of all ages shopping at the Mart! However, the bulk of our shoppers are typically aged 20-40.

When is set-up for the Mart?

A

You’ll set up the morning OF the Members Mart. We’ll send out all set up information as we get closer to the event. Please note, you must arrive on time for set up or risk losing your assigned booth, as late set up disrupts other vendors.

Will my business do well at the Mart?

A

We sure hope so! At the very least you’ll be paying to get your business name out there and marketing your brand. We find the businesses who perform best have products that range from very low cost to $100. They are also the businesses who are engaging with the shoppers and working for the sale!
