Support Local Black Women-Owned Businesses Pt. 3

Support Local Black Owned Businesses

We have loved using this platform to share and uplift black-owned businesses in our city! In honor of Juneteenth, we’ve compiled a list of more black owned businesses to support. Juneteenth is a holiday celebrating the emancipation of African-Americans who had been enslaved in the United States. Originating in Galveston, Texas, it is now celebrated annually on June 19 throughout the United States, with increasing official recognition, and will become a federal holiday in 2021.

Supporting local black-owned businesses is just one of the many ways to make an impact, so make sure to check out the resources listed down below to donate and support organizations working towards a more just future.
