If you’re reading this, that means you’ve probably been interested in joining Girl Gang, but aren’t exactly sure what the perks really are. We list our main perks on the Join page, but wanted to give you a more personalized look into the Gang benefits!
Events
This is probably the number one reason girls join Girl Gang. They want access to our Members Only events. These events range from weekday happy hours, weekend brunches, workshops and workout classes to larger scale conferences, parties and panels. On occasion, these events are open to the public. However, in that case, Members always have a discount in ticket prices.
For those worried about attending events alone, don’t be. Seriously! The majority of girls show up alone or with just one friend. Everyone who joins is looking to build relationships and our events are always welcoming.
Community
We have a private Facebook Group for our Members. This group is constantly active and is a great space to connect with other Members. Conversations can be anything from Atlanta newbie questions to job hunting advice to best brunch spots. And everything in between!
Job Board
Another huge reason for joining Girl Gang is our Job Board feature. Members have access to any job postings listed on the site. We’ve placed many Members with dream jobs through this feature and continue to do so! Positions range anywhere from entry level to management roles.
Promotion
This one goes out to our business owners! If you own a business, the Girl Gang Membership is a no-brainer for you. Between our events and Facebook group, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to network and connect. But even better, we host our Members Mart for our makers to sell their product, offer Member Spotlights on the blog and even have a Deal Add-On option for you to promote your business to other Members.
It’s oh so much fun to watch businesses grow within the Girl Gang community.
Deals
Speaking of deals, we have two ways this works. Businesses can post on our Deals page and Members can shop on the Deals pages. On top of this page, we also frequently promote special deals and free events in our Facebook Group and newsletter.
Friendships
We’ve talked a lot about networking, but building friendships is at the core of our community. Everyone who joins Girl Gang has one thing in common: they want to meet like-minded people. If you feel the same way, Girl Gang is for you.
